As a French and European Table Tennis Champion, I quickly realized the importance of a healthy lifestyle for optimum performance. Years of competitions and coaching taught me the importance of Mastering The Mind, Minding The Body, and Mending The Heart to experience success, inner peace and happiness.
Over the years, my quest for wellness and coaching knowledge brought me to explore various educational pathways. Years of learning from Zen teachers and Buddhist Masters opened up my heart to understanding suffering, the law of impermanence and the art of happiness. Working as a Professional Trained Chef gave me rare insights on school systems, the food industries and farming world. Quite a different world than the sport world for sure!
Considering the suffering and poor eating habits I witnessed in the US, I decided to start a business (CM Academy) to promote healthier lifestyle. Two decades later, my "Personal Healthy Chef Program" has changed thousands of lives for the better. My Copyrighted material was utilized to create jobs and inspire a new generation of Healthy Chefs in the fitness, health and culinary industries. My "Cooking Well" cookbooks series (available on Amazon) became valuable nutritional and healing resources for my clients and those suffering from specific diseases. Endorsed by many Doctors, Registered Dietitians, and Scientists; I proudly joined some of their personal projects to continue spreading my mission.
My work was published in magazines, newspapers, and other books promoting healthy living. I received excellent reviews and gladly shared my expertise on radio shows. I helped design educational programs, organized or judged healthy cooking competitions, worked with Chefs and Restaurateurs, taught in Culinary Schools, and provided lectures for companies and nonprofit organizations promoting wellness. I helped develop and promote healthier organic food products.
I am truly grateful to the numerous business partners that embraced my healthy mission. Making a difference in the life of others, while reducing suffering, has always been my heart mission. I am also thankful for all the learning those ventures brought me over the years. They made me a better person, a better business woman, and a better coach. I look forwards continuing helping business owners and people to reach their potentials, while enjoying inner peace, good health, joy, laughter and happiness.
