My very favorite video to go in deep relaxation. Just watch the video for a little while. Then close your eyes and simply listen.
Let the mind do whatever it does. Don't fight the thoughts, let them go by, just as clouds go by.
Breathe naturally and allow yourself to relax through your breathing.
Listen and concentrate on the music. Breathe. Let the music take you in a state of deeper relaxation.
Breathe. calmly continue to breathe. Enjoy the peace.
Try to do this for at least 15 minutes, twice a day. Don't give up, it takes a little while to feel the relaxing benefits.
Practice, practice makes perfect!
